Leaderboard ("we", "us", "our") operates the website leaderboard.club and the private membership programme described on it. Business name, role, industry, and annual revenue band
Postal address and emergency contact details (onboarding only)
Your goals, challenges, and group placement preferences
Your signature and consent to the membership agreement

How We Use Your Information

To review your application and assess membership suitability
To onboard you, place you into a Board Forum group, and run events
To communicate with you about your membership and sessions
To process your refundable founding deposit
To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations

Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run Leaderboard (for example payment processing and email delivery), and only as needed for those services. Member profiles are only published with your explicit permission.

Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Information you submit through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection.

Access and Correction

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us.
